Strange Sleeves, But Cute

The angle of the cuffs are not normal. However, the sleeves billow and look good. When pushed up to about 3/4, looks great. I thought this was going to be black, but it appears to be more dark navy. Beautiful silky top that I will keep. Love the length, it just as a few lovable quirks.
