Floral Appliqué Mock Neck Sweater

The sweater is really pretty and fits well. Unfortunately I didn't look at the material before purchasing. Once I opened it and found out it is the same material as my other vent sweaters I decided to return. Acrylic is an awful fabric for sweaters. Within one where it will ball up under the sleeves and sides where it rubs together and you continually have to defuzz it after every wash. The reason there is a big Market in the 80s for sweater defuzzers. Most places have gotten away from using it because it doesn't look good after the first wash but since it's cheap it seems that been has decided to make it a standard and sweaters. I already paid a lot of money for other men's sweaters that looked good for one wearing before they looked like they were years old and not in a comfortable way. Unfortunately returning.

Nice looking sweater I was planning to wear with booties and leggings- I tried it on and instant discomfort with the neckline ( it’s a different type of fabric) I read the fabric content.polyester / acrylic but not sure which was which? I really wanted to keep it but that itchy neckline would have given me a rash.
