love this skirt!
This skirt has an elastic band so you can adjust where you want it. I wear it lower with white sneakers - year round beautiful skirt! 5-4 120 and ordered XS. Bought another for my mom in camel too.

Scratchy fabric. Skirt hits floor
Not like photo. I'm 5'6" and skirt was touching the floor. Fabric scratchy. Not sweaterlike at all. Also don't trust the "runs large". That must be referring to the length. The waist runs small
