unacceptable packaging
I love this brand and especially their sweaters. I already have two of these specific sweaters and so when I saw this color, I ordered it. To my shock and surprise, when I received the envelope package with the sweater, and opened it, it was in a ball, wrinkled, had pieces of hair and fuzz-balls due to pilling?! I called Customer service and was simply told to order a new one and return the one received. Not happy with the customer service response and makes me rethink ordering online with NR. I have experienced disappointment and even more, inconvenience and no offer for that. Nordstrom / NRack usually does better!

Live the color and fit. Unfortunately, my sweater has a hole in the underarm area. I didn’t notice until I was out wearing it while visiting Spain.
