runs too large and wasn’t clear it was final sale
These shoes run at least a half size large and when I was placing it in my cart, there was no indication that it was the final sale. It was only after it was in my car that I mentioned final sale and I didn’t notice that small detail. Nordstrom should make it clearer when something is a final sale. These shoes are not too big for me to wear and I cannot return or exchange them.

Re-selling Worn Shoes
This is the second pair of Vince shoes I have received where the soles have been rubbed away, so it looks like they are trying to re-sell worn goods. This is extremely disappointing and definitely not the quality and service I would expect from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.
