V-Code Bracelet Watch, 42mm

The item was originally displayed in a white and gold box, but it arrived in a black box. After extensive research, I learned that the black box version should include a QR code or scannable tag to verify authenticity through Versace. Unfortunately, mine did not contain any working code, so I’m unable to confirm whether the product is genuine. I understand this may be part of the “Rack” offering; however, some level of support should still be provided. Versace was unable to assist, and because I reside in Guyana, returning the item is not an option for me. Given this experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing in-store only to avoid similar issues.
