Customer Service needs improvement and products sh

The purchased Versace sunglasses were fine, but they arrived in. RayBan case. When I called Customer Service, they told me that nothing can be done. They cannot give a discount or send the correct case. They only offered to return the glasses which should not be an actual compensation.
