Carved Lines Matelassé Comforter & Sham Set

This was the first time I'd ordered from Norstrom Rack and I was excited to receive our new bedding. I was quite disappointed, and frustrated, when we received the wrong item. A duvet cover was shipped, when my order was for a comforter set. I talked with customer service & they confirmed I had ordered a comforter set & said it was an error on their part. When I asked if they could tell me if what I had ordered was in stock and could be exchanged, they could not answer that question. They said I'd have to return the duvet cover and place my order again. I chose not to, since they screwed it up the first time and couldn't guarantee I'd get what I ordered, if I ordered again.
