Velvet Trim Tuxedo with Vest

I ordered talks for black tie then I have coming up. It was gray with black pants and velvet trim. I was sent to tux with no pants. I was then forced to re-order the tax by a new tux and then drive 45 minutes to return the tux at the store. The second time they sent me the wrong tux I called and after sitting on hold I was told too bad so sad. This is certainly not Nordstrom‘s of old. Their return policy sucks. I could understand if I didn’t like the tux but they have shipped it twice wrong and now I don’t have enough time to re-order. Nordstrom should’ve done something.
