One or two sizes small.
Luckily I was sent the wrong size. I normally wear Large sized jackets. I ended up keep g the XXL that was shipped. I also had an XL in another style/color and it felt short and tight. When lifetime arms overhead really felt small for a jacket. I am 6’2 3/4 200lbs with fairly normal proportions. I am fit, athletic but not bulky.
