Huge, unflattering
While the color (Cocoa Berry) and quality are great (thus the two stars), the sizing and boxiness of this is so disappointing. I ordered a XXS, and the fit was still enormous. While the oversized look can work with the right design, this did not at all work for me. I keep hoping to find Varley pieces that will work, but I am consistently disappointed with the oversized, unflattering fits.

wanted to love this, the fabric is very thick and texture is really nice, but the cowl neck was too much for me and I felt tangled in it. considering the thickness, the cowl neck was a bit too much, so I returned simply because of the style.

Nice Variation of Leisurewear
This top isn’t for everyone as other reviews have pointed out. However, I really like the big neck and love the side zippers. The Cocoa Berry color appears a bit more brown than purple in person, which I was a bit disappointed in that. The quality is exceptional though and even my fiancee commented how it looks expensive. The material is a nice weight, it’s not super heavy, and the ridges make it a bit unique. Overall I’m pleased with the Varley brand, just wish the sizing made it easier to buy online. But unfortunately I’m forced to order multiple sizes and then make returns.
