Incredibly soft, but snags and pills easily
The double soft line is incredibly soft and feels so luxurious BUT the fabric snags and pills so easily. You would think for something that costs over $100+ for a top would hold up for a few years, but I only wore mine less than 3x (wash in a net bag and air dry flat) but it snags and pills so easily. Not going to purchase from this brand, I've had the same result with a couple of items from the same double soft line and have had the same result.

Varley is good, but not amazing
I bought the funnel neck sweatshirt, the matching sweat pants, and an ivory full zip Varley sweater/sweatshirt. They are nice, but I regret spending so much on them. I am not wearing them as much as I thought I would. If you have a lot of money to toss around I say go for it - but if you are being more cautious about what you spend your money on this may not be it.

I had tried on at a boutique, but needed a different size. Of course when found Nordstrom’s sold I purchased here. And in black. It exceeded my expectations and gave received so many compliments. Waist is well placed. Runs TTS, overall…Highly recommend. A timeless staple.
