Never got the item why ask for a review?

Ordered online for store pickup. Item never made it to the store just said “preparing for delivery” for weeks. Finally reached out to their customer service and they resolved it right away. The manager at the store even called me to apologize and ensured my refund was being processed. The staff I dealt with were phenomenal, I’m more annoyed their system keeps sending me emails asking me to review an item I never received hence the 1 star review.
