Damaged due to poor packaging on Nordstroms part
Item was shipped in what amounts to a trash bag, no bubble wrap, no foam, no box which resulted in the bag arriving with flaws in the leather as well as the hardware. Very disappointing when buying a designer bag. I would expect this if ordering a fake designer bag from overseas or from a site like temu. I would have never expected this when ordering a Valentino bag from Nordstrom. I took a video of the unboxing as I planned to make a social media post however I have refrained as of now due to the condition and disappointment, not in Valentino but in Nordstrom.
