this bag is beautiful and all but once i received it i noticed that the pouch wasnt in the bag in the store and the store associate stated i need to make a comment over the phone for it but nothing was resolved and also the sewing of the purse doesn't seem to have been done right, it looks like overtime the stitch would come off.

Very disappointed
I was so excited to receive this purse but then totally disappointed. It was thrown in an envelope, had hardly any stuffing, there was not a dust cover and had no authenticity card. Sending back. Could not gift it.
