Diana Tresse Crossbody Bag

The size, hardware, and colors of the bag are great. When I took it out of the box strings were coming out of the bottom seams and the bag looked almost worn. I thought maybe it was supposed to have a distressed look, so I cut the tags off and wore it the next day. When I picked it up to walk into work, black was on the hand, and I noticed there were white splotches in various places on the bag. The bag did not get wet, have any cleaner or product on it; it was simply sitting on my passenger seat while I drove to work. It was a big disappointment.
