Alice Rockstud VLOGO Leather Shoulder Bag

I can't give it zero stars so I gave it as low as I could. I purchased this bag in August, used it for the first time this past week and the clasp broke within 4 hours of me using the bag. I was traveling on business and I had to use a plastic bag to hold my purse items because the purse would not stay closed. I carefully put the bag in a shoe bag I have for traveling so that I could replace the defective bag once I got home. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for many years, and a card holder and I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I called customer service about the bag and what happened and because the bag was "passed the return date" they refused to do anything for me on this. I could buy another one and eat the cost of this one. What happened to Nordies being so great at returns and with customer service? I was clearly sold a defective bag and their answer was simply no, there is nothing we can do. Sorry. Take your money elsewhere, ladies. They lost a loyal card holding customer today. I have over $500 in gift cards that I will be getting rid of as well.
