James Penny Loafer (Men)

First of all, the loafers do look incredible and feel well made out of the box. They’re also surprisingly quite heavy - but I enjoy this aspect as it gives me the sense that they would be more durable over time. The sizing, however, is very off. I normally wear a 10.5 and seeing how the product runs “true to size” ordered an 11 as there are no half sizes and figured the extra space in the toe box would give my feet some relief. My heels literally come out of the shoe when I take a step. They are far too big. And after reading another comment about sizing in the second pair he ordered being wrong, I must admit I am hesitant to order a different size in fear of having to go through yet another return and repurchase down the road. If only Nordstrom carried stock in stores (at least for consumers to figure out their size) because the website’s “true to size” declaration is misleading.
