What it does: This long-lasting eyeliner pencil is made with a vegan formula that goes on soft and creamy while delivering a waterproof, transfer-resistant makeup look. Once dry, the eyeliner won't budge, so you can look and feel more immortal.

How to use: Use the pencil to draw on precise lines or smudge them out for a more diffused, smoky-eye effect. You can use it as a base color too to layer with eyeshadow for more dimensional color. Mix with a primer to create a cream eyeliner or cream eyeshadow.
