What it is: A 10-pan palette featuring pressed pigments in shockingly bright shades.

What it does: These ultra-blendable hues can be used on your face, eyes and body.

How to use: Be sure to follow the packaging to know which shades are safe for use on your eye area. Using Glitch, transform ultra-bright hues into soft pastels. For an added hit of high voltage, layer pigments on top of either each other, or apply by spraying your brush with setting spray first. Use a primer for longer-lasting wear.
