Dirty shoes

Nordstrom Rack carries substandard items. In order these shoes TWICE and both times came with stains on them (clearly worn and returned). I was charged to return them. Since then, I have deleted my RaCK app and account and won’t be shipping there anymore. The shoes were cute but never go to wear them.

shoes is cute but came dirty

The shoes does run large so I ordered a whole size smaller and it worked. Unfortunately, I received an open box with dirt all over the shoes. Bad quality assurance to send this out like this.

Ordered these for my husband and was really hoping for no issues based off the reviews I had read , no !!!! Shoes came in a cloth bag , not an Ugg box . Not how you’d like to present a gift . And as the reviews stated , they are worn , dirty and one shoe has a huge intention on the top that sinks in on every step. Have to say this is not Nordstrom quality standards . So I can spend 10$ for them to process my refund on used merch or drive and hour to get my refund ? Horrible !!! Worst part is my husband really did like them .

A quality shoe, but a bit tight

Glad I read the reviews before my purchase. Reviews stated they run a bit small, glad I did and ordered a half size larger than my usual size. My usual size is a 10 2E, looking at the toe box it appeared these would work, they did. They are a bit tight but wearing them for a few days they are comfortable and have conformed to my feet. It would be nice if they offered UGG's in a 2E width.
