The boots that I received did not have the red laces with the red in the lace boots I received have a zipper on the side. I think they sent me a dupe

not good
My son loved to get this style, i found it on rack at clearance price online with no return policy. 1st day of wear the shoes torn by its soft fabric on very front part. I cant let him wear nor can’t trash coz It wasnt cheap😕 thinking to find a way to fix. Don’t buy, especially if it was on sale.

Great buy, fit great.
I usually buy womens sizes, but since the black color in these were on sale. I decided that since I can fit kids I'd just get this in kids size. I didn't realize that the kids size has the zipper on the side as it's not in the the display pictures. It's an added bonus though as I purchased this same pair for my daughter in tan and it will make it easier for her to take on and off.

Bad service
They sent me a trouser of Ugg shoes. So I reached out to them and they told me they couldn’t send me my shoes that I would have to purchase again. I don’t understand how someone could make such a mistake. This will be my first and last purchase from this place.
