I never complain
This time I have too because I’ve been trying to get this boot a few times
when I actually picked it up they came with two different shoes and colors the black was already green and faded like the gave me the display shoe!

Quality Issues
Bought this as a Xmas present for my son. He’s used it a total of 3 times. Today was the first day he wore it to school and he came home telling me that there is a hole in his new Ugg boots. The seam had come apart on the left shoe! I couldn’t believe it since I have used Ugg for years and this has not happened…ever! Will return and reorder. Crossing my fingers that the new pair will not have this issue!
