Kids' Classic Mini Water Resistant Platform Boot

BEWARD!!! First off, the black mini uggs came in a brown Nordstrom shipping box and just a Nordstrom rack cloth bag—first sign that was off. Soo, no Ugg box or authentication of this being an UGG product. Secondly, no cardboard inserts to keep the shoe stiff—just plain shoe and mushed at the top. Thirdly, you can tell that these shoes were cleaned. With Uggs, once you clean them, the first layer of the boot disappears and creates that rough wet suede look and not the smooth soft suede that it originally has. Fourthly, when you put your foot in, it’s not brand new where you can see the fur is still fresh and the collar of the shoe is still stiff. It appears as if someone was in and out of the shoe and the collar was weak—as you can see the rigged fur. I attached pictures of photos of uggs on the Ugg website and the shoe I received. THIS IS EXTREMELY disappointing as nothing on the page suggested that I was buying a used pair of Ugg boots for my child.
