Classic Ultra Mini New Heights Platform Boot

The fit was exactly as expected, and fit well- size 9, width was perfect. The chestnut color is beautiful. I wanted to love them, but they are very stiff when walking. There’s no flexibility at all on the sole like other Uggs. I’m a teacher and am on my feet all day. These absolutely will not work. I returned them and was shocked that I had to first pay for shipping to receive these and then pay for return shipping $9.95. I’m very disappointed. ☹️

This runs big and wide. There’s a lot of room despite the shearlings inside. But with thick socks it’s perfect. It’s bulky but looks great with baggy jeans.

I’m a 7.5 and the 7 fits perfect. Size down or they’ll be too clunky. A bit stiff at first but quickly molds to your foot and the inside fluff flattens out after about 15 min creating more room. Overall comfy considering the high platform. I got the black as they can pass at work as a fun boot.

I wasn’t sure when I ordered these due to the two tone brown sole black shoe. They are comfortable. The platform is perfect for the slushy melt of snow and rain with the terrain. Will waterproof. The brown sole actually looks much better in person and I love everything about them. The soles flare out a bit all around so it is very stable. The short height makes them easy on/off. Remind me of the platform slides popular in the 1998 ish era. Wish I bought these sooner!

I purchased it with some other kids clothes. The package was delivered yesterday and the UGG shoes are missing from the delivery. I called customer service immediately and was told that I will get refund. However, checked again in app and it just said they are unable to process my refund. Really disappointing. Understand this is a busy season but no resolution is not a “Nordstrom” standard.

Do not listen to the other reviewers who say to size down if you are in between sizes, you need to size up! The hole to slide your foot into these is small and rigid, and they are TIGHT. I’m usually an 8.5 and now I’m stuck with an 8 when I really need a 9. I literally can’t get my foot in while wearing a sock.

I love them. They fit great. Came in great condition. Shipped pretty fast, too.

I love these they are very sturdy and not wobbly with the chunky heel. Anytime I wear these I get compliments. I wear casually and at my office job

Boots are nice, but they were just tossed in a box for shipping. No protection.

Originally I ordered a 6 in a rich Che color; the description said half sizes should size down. But it was nearly impossible to get my size 6.5 foot into the shoe, and once I did, the low instep kept my foot from sliding all the way forward. That being said, the sole felt supportive, stable, and comfortable and the interior was plush and supportive. So I returned the shoes and ordered a 7, to be fulfilled by a local Reno Rack store. I relished opening the bag all the way along my 1-hour trip home. Imagine my disappointment when I undid the stapled bag and found a faded and dirty pair of Uggs with the pile smashed down into someone else's foot shape. Nordstrom Rack lesson learned: quality control is very much lacking!
