Unprofessional
Absolutely horrible I ordered this boot in a size 8 womens and I received a size 10 1/2 men’s new balance sneaker. I had to go all the way up to the store to return it and The lady on the phone told me that they could re-order the boot in the store when I got to the store they told me that was not true so unprofessional and now I am to order another pair due to this situation.

Too wide
I usually wear a 8 1/2 so I brought a 9. My feet are narrow so this shoe flopped off and on my foot when I walked. They fit snug though! The show looked huge! I did not like them. I took them to my local mall and exchanged them for another style of ugg boot. The sock part fit my leg perfectly. I think these would look better on people who have very very small feet.

Stylish and uncomfortable
I love the look and concept of these stylish boots however the height in the platform makes them really tight and hard to put on I would say go a whole size up than usual

cute but not worth a high price.
TLDR: These are cute but not a “need” nor a “head turner”. save your money for the uggs you really want at full price.
I paid 80 bucks for these on the BF/CM sale and that’s truly all they are worth. Simply put These are cheaply made. The sole is already wearing down on my dominant leg and i only wore them for a day. They are kinda heavy and hard to get into at the ankle. So much so that in afraid of i pull it to hard it may rip. These would be perfect for someone with flat feet however they are not wide. I also noticed a slight defect in the ugg symbol on the back of one the shoes. the material on the shoe catches everything like scuffs and lint. The fleece lining in the bottom keeps your feet warm and from hurting as much they could. I’m 5’7 and fully stretched these came up to my knee

Nice look but
These shoes are impeccable in appearance, but they are a little difficult to get into, and they don't follow the foot! They slide back and forth in the heel :( these shoes were just designed for taking photos but not everyday wear
