Pretty Big
It is quite big, I adjusted the buckle on the back all the way and could get a snug fit.
Luckily our CEO's cranium has the circumferal dimensions of a basketball so I packaged it nicely and passed it to him during our end of year party.
It is nice hat nonetheless, the the contrasting brown lip and buckle makes it stand out. I like it but can't use it.
