Poor service from Nordstrom
No idea how this wallet was as I received the wrong item. Apparently, the person representing Nordstrom, just went ahead and packed the wrong item which was not even a wallet, but a card holder. It appears the wallet I ordered was sold out and Nordstrom representative just took the ticket from the right item I ordered and just included with the wrong item shipped. The correct procedure should have been for Nordstrom to call me or send me an email notifying the item was no longer available for whatever reason; however, why accepted an order if an item is sold out?
