Disappointed
Very disappointed with this purchase. The backpack arrived crushed and completely misshapen. It was clearly a returned item — I even found someone’s earphones inside one of the zipper compartments.
Nordstrom Rack’s packaging and quality control are unacceptable. I have returned the item.
