Came apart after 1 week
Bought this as a purse for travel. I took it on a cruise and 3 days of city sightseeing before the cruise. So really daily use for 3 days and then very light use for a week. The day after I got back I ran to the grocery store and saw that the metal grommets that hold the strap in place on one side came apart and they will not go back together. I suppose it is possible to superglue it but this should not happen with a purse that has been barely been used and is supposed to be from a quality company. I will be contacting Tumi.

not worth it
Please save your time & money for this subpar bag. So excited for it, great compartments and concept with the convertible strap however using it for the third time out and about broke in pieces starting with almost losing everything. The attachment that holds the strap dislodged with no connection to it and was a mess. Thank God The Rack has great customer service and I got my money back once I shipped the broken mess back. So much for wishful thinking. Shock for the quality of Tumi.
