Bra pads are sewn in.
Finally! I do not have to pull out bra pads because they are sewn in. This is the best bra ever! I am snug and can have intense workouts without spilling out. Great for the gym girlies!

If you sweat a lot, you will chafe
The chafing is unbelievable. There's a seam at the rear clasp that leaves an actual wound on my back each time I run. I also get milder chafing on the inner lower quadrant of my breasts, again due to the material.

AVOID this sports bra!
The most uncomfortable sports bra ever! Hard to put on, hard to adjust, and hard to take off. Looked big and clunky. Really poor design.
