Go 2 sizes up
It’s nice but go 2 sizes up from pants size. I ware 36 waste got size 38. I can buckle on the first hole only and it feels tight.

Nice belt but size up
The belt is nice, minimalist in design,. However, the sites recommendation to size up one should be two. I'm a 34 waist, purchased a 36 based on the recommendation and I can only use the first hole. It's fine but does not leave any extension ... I suggest 2 sizes up.
