Pretty Decent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop system is good but not my favorite.
Good: assembly was easy. Bucket is super compact which makes storage when finished super easy. The mop pad is great quality and doesn’t over saturate which is good for floors that need cleaning but cannot tolerate an abundance of water.
Bad: assembly was easy but figuring out how to use it based on paper directions confused me for about 5 mins. Once I figured it out I don’t like how long it takes to mop a large area. This seems like more work than I have to put in for a standard mop.
Overall it’s a good system for a smaller house or even for teens to use so they don’t soak your floors!

pleasantly surprised
I purchased this mop because I bought a similar one from another brand and the pole kept snapping. The true and tidy true clean feels better made. A BIG plus is the true separation of dirty and clean water making this mop superior to others. Only wish I had found this one before purchasing the first mop!

Awesome and simple
I went with this mop and bucket instead of the bigger brand Lowes carries because I didn't see anything wrong with this brands bucket leaking or anything falling apart after a couple of uses. It cleans well and gets the job done. I love this product.

Compact and Different Experience
Positive: I like that the system works totally different than the regular bucket that I used to clean the floor. The most important thing for me is you don’t have to touch the dirty mop and water, also you don’t have to bend your body.
Negative: the TV advertisements and instructions included are not very clear on how the mechanism works. Almost I return it because of that. Respectfully, I recommend to be more specific in how the system or mechanisms works, not only showing the mop entering and exiting from the bucket and cleaning the floor. Thanks
