Cheap Outlet Clothing
As the picture shows it's supposed to be a v-neck and the detail goes down the side of the arm. I received a scoop neck and the arm detail is sewn so that it's on the front. The material feels cheap and the stitching looks poor. Very disappointed and will return. It's like a piece that it specifically made for an outlet.

Veda Ruched Tie Sleeve Top
I don’t agree that this fabric is/looks cheap (it’s a high-quality double-faced polyester crepe). However, this top is NOT a V-neck. It is more of a boat/bateau neck. Please correct the photo as it is very misleading!
