I love the purse, but I had a poor experience because I had brought several other items and after the clerk rung them up, I realized the shoes cost more than I anticipated. I asked the clerk to take the shoes off and he did. The problem is my necklace, and earrings were in the box with the shoes. I paid for the necklace and earnings but did not get to take them home. That made me very unhappy.
