Color Malbec is burgundy

Ordered these pants based on website photo but color sent was burgundy. Upon research, the malbec color description is correct but the photo shared is misleading. The photo on the website should be changed to burgundy because that's the color being sold here. Overall lovely pants _ returned due to color issue and purchasing size too big. For reference, I'm a size 2 (120lbs).

For curves

Good fit for curves. Gap in waist band has a more tailored fit than most slacks, therefore do not have to get the band adjusted. Gathers at the knees somewhat. Took my normal slack size 8. Luv the color.
