Tree Runner Sneaker (Men)

I rate this shoe as a 5 however, *preference once you find the correct size. My typical shoe size is: 8-8.5M. Discovered in a knit styled shoe, similar to this Allbirds, to attain a correct comfortable fit, I must size up half to a full size. Initially purchased this shoe in a size 8M, small and tight. Replaced and satisfied with a 9M.

I bought the shoes because it was advertised as most comfortable shoes. But as I kept wearing them, the cushion is hard and flat and I can’t walk in them for a long time. I bought my wife a pair as well, but she also says that her feet hurts if I could return for a full refund I would but unfortunately because I’ve already worn them a couple times hoping that things will change I no longer can because they are dirty.
