Perfect Fit
I love this top. The sleeves and the top itself are the perfect length for me, a size 8 from the waist up. I see me wearing this with white pants, black pants and prints long into the fall. It's boxy, yes, but boxy is stylish and I like boxy. And the shirring falls in just the right place to emphasize the bosom (I'm a B cup). A winner!

I can use this length
I like the length for a couple of summer skits that are on the full side. They have fitted wide elastic waists. I don’t like to tuck in, so this length works well for this specific purpose. I will cuff/roll the sleeves.

This is a fail
There is absolutely no way this is flattering on anyone. It is very large, boxy and an odd length. And sizing down wouldn't help the fit due to the boxy/length issue.
