Rib Detail Mock Neck Sweater

I bought this online and it was final sale. What wasn’t included in the description is that it was used already and had no tags. Sweater smells strongly of perfume and deodorant. The piling damage is extensive - had I known it would be used and damaged, I would never have ordered it. Had I been able to see it in store, I’d have never purchased it. It looks like an item I would find in a Good Will store. I tried multiple times to contact customer service and was only able to talk to Rosie, the AI voice. I was transferred to a live agent every time by Rosie, just to have the call ring for a few seconds, play hold music, and then go silent with no one ever picking up. I have been a life long customer of Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack and am super disappointed with this service and this lack of indication with what condition the item is in. So for those buying this sweater, warning, it appears to result in major piling damage with use.
