Overpriced for such poor quality suitcase

I purchased two of these suitcases for my children, but unfortunately, they didn't hold up. We used them on just one vacation, and the zippers broke. The outside zipper lost its pull on one bag, and the inside zipper was completely broken on the other. I was disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. I would not recommend these suitcases to others.

Different than expected

This suitcase is well-made and sturdy. Unfortunately the specifications were different in reality. I specifically bought this because it met the international flight requirements for a carry-on. When it arrived it was larger than those requirements. I wish it had been smaller because I really liked it but unfortunately I had to return it.

I do not see this holding up :(

I wanted to love this Travelpro Carry-on. I had my last soft sided Travelpro Carry-on for 15 years. I love the smooth wheels, inside organizing pockets and the outside looks like it would be durable for years of many trips. Unfortunately I used this carry-on for a 4 day weekend trip and the inside zipper became stuck so I had a difficult time getting my clothes out with our breaking it. The seams of the outside zipper already look like they are separating. I did not overpack for this 4 day trip so I am afraid if I packed for a week it would put too much stress on this case. It is just not built like a Travelpro. I would have ordered the 24" but sadly I am going to return the carry-on and search for different carry-on piece.
