Probably for folks with narrow feet
Shoe is pretty narrow. Not as heavy as I had initially thought, but still not lightweight enough to wear for a full day, especially since they rub on my instep (the top of my foot) and cause some pain. Probably because of the material composition, they are awfully warm and can cause overheating. Positives are that they are stylish and super-versatile.
