Run small in the waist
This is the perfect all season, from candles to boots, jean skirt. Although, you better have a small waist or size up. It is very high waisted. I am 5ft 8+ and 138 lbs and I wear a 6 and could not button it. I ordered the 6-8 and just reordered the 10+. Hopefully the hips will not be too large.
