What it is: A doll-sized eyeshadow palette with a curated, tight color story of shades.
What it does: These wearable neutrals are perfect for day or night. The top layer of shades are great for everyday needs, and the bottom row amplifies your evening look.

How to use: Apply a matte shade from your lashline to your browbone using a large shader brush. Apply a deeper shade with a fluffy blender brush to sculpt the crease. Blend softly upward and outward to diffuse the edges. Apply a shimmer shade on your eyelid using a small eyeshadow brush with a pressing technique to deliver the richest shimmer payoff. To take your look from coffee to cocktails, apply a light layer of Rock of Ages or Hair Band on the lower lashline using a smudger brush.

Kitty Likes To Scratch On-The-Fly Eye Shadow Palette
I live cruelty free Too Faced Cosmetics. Kitty Likes To Scratch is a beautiful 8 shade eyeshadow palette consisting of three pretty mattes and five beautiful shimmers. The shadows are highly pigmented and easy to blend and build. The tin is cute.

I didn’t buy this for the scent but I did get a whip of it when I opened the box. The colors and formulas are wonderful. Goes on easy and stays. Packaging is tacky, feels like tiger king on Netflix

Purr-fect Palette!!
The Kitty Likes to Scratch palette is so adorable!! I love the small size, and there are so many eye shadow looks you can create with this palette!! If I want just a natural look, I can use the light shades. If I want a smoky look, then I'll intensify the colors with the dark shades. The palette is so "purr-fect" for your makeup bag!! I'll buy it again!!

Great quality, fun colors that sparkle. I love how the shimmer shades have different color glitters in them that give an extra pop! Easy to use and can get a full look out of each palette although I use this as an add on palette so it wouldn't bother me if I couldn't get a full look out of it. Packaging is super cute too.

No scent?
I don't understand this palette. The concept is confusing to me. It's a leopard print theme but the scent is (supposed to be) Tequila Sunrise, which they say is a citrus scent. This has no scent at all. None. Nada. As for the shadows themselves, gorgeous Too Faced quality, no complaints there but nothing new shade range.
