Definitely off the rack and not bespoke.
Nice suit. Being a man of 57 years, it is getting harder to find a well fitting suit off the rack. The recent trend over the last 10 years or so has been towards slimmer, snugger “Madmen” inspired suits. The length of the jackets are getting shorter and de facto a size 46L is more akin to a 44R a few years back. The fabric is also a wool blend with recycled polyester. Mass produced. It will work in a pinch but certainly not bespoke.

I discovered three small Imperfections in the fabric; but, all sales are final. Buyer should carefully scrutinize the clothing goods at the Nordstrom Rack store.
