The fabric is great, love that it has two large pockets. The fit is tight around the chest and shoulders. You are fine until you try to lift your arms- the sleeves are made in a rigid way down, arm movement was not planned for by the designers.
Would be better without the sleeves and with some stretch to it.

No wiggle room for arms
