Brecon Signature Sneaker

Husband bought these shoes less than 2 months ago. The foam support inside of shoe already has holes where his heel rests. It’s worn almost completely through sole of shoes. Don’t last long. He says they are really comfy though. Buying his 2nd pair.

Purchased Jan. 4 and by March 4, both shoes had a hole in each heel section (on the inside). There was no support in the heels and the shoes, a piece of cr*p, broke down almost immediately. TI thought that Nordstrom had some interest in the quality of its brands. Very disappointed to be buying sneakers again only two months after purchasing these.

It took nearly a month for me to receive an email stating that it had been delivered, which is completely unacceptable. This is the second time I have placed an order and experienced the exact same issue. I am extremely disappointed and have completely lost trust in your service. At this point, I have no confidence that my order will ever arrive. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.
