Palisade Palms Sleeveless Maxi Dress

I attended a beach wedding in Mexico, where this dress hit ALMOST all the marks. It is absolutely lovely in its pattern, flow, and feel. However... when I received it in the mail, it seemed like the v-neck plunge was considerably lower than in the photos. I found a small clasp inside, that gave me hope as w/out it the cleavage was pretty "out there." However, the clasp, did not seem to have anything it could connect with, except a tiny small white string that was already loose. I didn't really have time to send it back or try to find some way to "fix" this tiny string and I still loved wearing it. BUT for those who are not flat chested you will need something to keep the top together. That was quite unexpected.
