Lily Cat Halter Neck Cover-Up Spa Minidress

I love the Lily Cat print. Bought this in a size XXS. I'm small, slender and petite, and this size has plenty of extra room. Would like to see a yet smaller size for us very small ladies. The dress is also too long for me, hits at the top of the knee. And the bell shape is not flattering for a petite frame. Love that it has pockets but the bell shape and the pockets create an illusion that I have bigger than my bust hips. I don't like looking hip heavy. It could also be the large print creating that illusion. So I'm still trying to decide if I should take the dress to a tailor or return it. Looks good from a side angle, but not from a straight on view. Notice that the professional photos have all these coy, staged views, but not one that's straight on. Also not crazy about the tie at the neck as it interferes with your tan. Would rather see an adjustable endless strap around the neck.
