Turks & Caicos 69th birthday celebration dress

My new favorite dress
Ordered this dress in XS, I'm 5"5" 118 lbs, slim shoulders and waist; fits perfectly. It is lightweight and swingy, the perfect fit and flare, my favorite style. I would not call this a coverup nor wear it as such, it has a slip and can do much more. I'd wear it out to lunch or dinner, on the boat etc. It is so comfortable and light for Florida heat. The print is happy, I love it. Please make more of these gorgeous, comfy cool frocks!
