Worst customer service.

Worst customer service. I never received my glasses even though the delivery said they arrived. The delivery service declined my request, Nordstrom did the same and refused to refund me even though I pointed out that I have cameras on my house and they did not record any cars even around the time the delivery said. I pointed this out when I called Nordstrom customer service and no one even asked me for a report from the cameras and just did not want to refund me. Be careful when ordering especially expensive items!

Wrong case

I ordered Tom Ford glasses but that were sent in the wind case, the case barely fits the glasses.

Nice purchase

Nice shades compliment my face quality glad they were on sale - some specks go in between the frame & the lens easy to remove when you figure out how

almost perfect

Unless you have a small head. I wear XL in hats, so huge head, therefore I need bigger glasses, which these claim to be “oversized”, but they unfortunately weren’t and they looked small on me head! Otherwise very very beautiful, unusual color in dark Havana/violet, made well as expected from TF, and it seemed sturdy. If you’re “normal” size head these will look good on you. But, remember; huge head-huge brain! 😁
